Standard Delivery - UK Mainland

All orders will be sent by the Royal Mail delivery service. This delivery option cost £3.99. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 5 working days of your payment being received. Usually orders made before 11am are shipped the same business day. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay. Please be aware that with this delivery method, your items are not insured. If you require insurance, please use the Special Delivery service.

Special Delivery UK Mainland

We can also arrange to deliver your items to you using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This service is available for all UK orders at a charge of £6.99 no matter how many items are ordered or free for orders over £200. Our aim is to deliver all Special Delivery orders within 2 business days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay.

Saturday Delivery UK Mainland

We can also arrange to deliver your items to you using the Royal Mail Saturday Delivery service. This service is available for all UK orders at a charge of £9.99 no matter how many items are ordered.

International Worldwide Delivery

For international shipments we can arrange to deliver your items to you using International Signed For service. That will cost you £7.99 no matter value of order. To prevent fraudulent purchases, we do not take orders from one country and ship to another.

Returns Procedure

We offer a 30 days money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 30 days of receipt. Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewellery packaging and FREE gifts included and received by us within 30 days of receipt. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service or use special delivery if you wish your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. The postage cost is not reimbursed.

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 30 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging and FREE gifts included. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) and ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip.

In the case of faulty goods returned within 30 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request. It goes without saying that we cannot accept returns for any intrusive jewellery (such as earrings, body jewellery etc) that has been worn for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

Any weights and measures are approximate. All of our jewellery comes in one of our exclusive jewellery box.
