This lovely 1st Holy Communion 18cm Charm Bracelet comes with Ice white charms that you simply twist on to the bracelet to make any design you like.

This Bracelet comes with a heart tag which is engraved and layered with a cross Charm. This can be personalised with any name up to 15 characters and any date up to 8 characters. Please email us your personalised message immediately after placing your order. The email should be sent to info@silverisland2007.co.uk

All personalisation will appear as requested.

Please note 'First Holy Communion' is fixed text.

There are a total of 9 charms, you can wear them all at once or pick and choose to your preference.

1 x Engraved Heart Tag with Cross
